"Had food here Friday and Saturday night - they're open until late which is ideal. Beautiful branding, fun atmosphere, wonderful design. Fun and yummy cocktails. Majority of staff were really really lovely and attentive but there was one individual working both nights that clearly ignored my sister whenever she tried to order drinks and avoided making eye contact in case they were asked for anything. "fGreat little spot for a Chinese takeaway. They do the usual Chinese takeaway dishes (all of which I've tried) and they're all pretty good! We come here every week since July and the staff are always super friendly. Food portions are just right, never leaving hungry or super bloated. My favourite dish would be their Salt and Chilli King Prawns with fried rice but I'd recommend a pint or two with your meal to combat the spice! There's a great..."

"The cocktails were great and so affordable compared to the prices in most places!! The food was delicious with generous portions, my only suggestion is please change the honey chilli sauce, it just tastes like tomato ketchup…which isn’t what I want from honey chilli sauce. Otherwise everything cooked to perfection and very satisfying. The staff were so lovely and helpful, top notch! Thank you!!"

"Really great experience of a Chinese takeaway in a bar and overall excellent quality of food! The only downside is that it came to £19 for salt n chilli chicken and chips with a cider which was quite overpriced, but besides that excellent food, very filling and tasty. Recommend to try at least once"

"We had the best time tonight at southside, it's my 2nd visit and I couldn't fault anything. The service is amazing, the staff are soo lovely and friendly, especially the host, the bar lady, and the chinese reception lady, who served us. The food is top notch and the lucky ducks in our cocktails are a lovely little memory of a lovely night. Thank you all at southside social, we'll definitely be back."
